Frederick Poindexter is a member of the Real Estate Practice in the firm's Philadelphia office. He maintains a general real estate practice and assists with a variety of deals, including commercial leasing, development projects, and property sales and acquisitions.
While earning his J.D. at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Fred was a summer associate for the Firm. His other experiences during law school include: serving as a summer law clerk at a Philadelphia bankruptcy and commercial litigation firm; developing data privacy and cybersecurity protocols at a Fortune 500 company; and assisting and advising startups during formation and fundraising. Additionally, Fred served as a legal analyst at a Philadelphia angel investment company.

Prior to law school, Fred was an assistant director of counseling at University of Pennsylvania, where he managed the federal verification process for Title IV funding university-wide, created workflow and supplemental funding processes, and helped to establish programs for first-generation, low-income students.
