Georgia E. Baker

Georgia Baker assists clients in the insurance industry with regulatory matters. Prior to joining Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, Georgia served as in-house counsel to a management consulting firm where she negotiated corporate transactions, managed employment law matters and advised on matters of corporate governance.

During law school, Georgia worked full-time as an intern in the International Legal and Compliance Department for an investment management firm, where she assisted with implementation of major regulations and drafted employment, services and investment management agreements. She was also a legal intern at an international pharmaceutical company in its England office. There, she researched and drafted memoranda on European Union laws regarding privacy, data transfers and patents, conducted due diligence and negotiated business deals.
