Greg Boucher handles a broad range of civil litigation, including claims involving construction, real estate and breach of contract between businesses or individuals. 



The depth of Greg's understanding of the construction industry is reflected in his roles as vice chair of the Firm's Construction Practice and editor of its Construction Industry Counselor blog. He also frequently speaks on construction topics for construction trade groups. As a construction attorney, he helps owners and contractors negotiate construction contracts, including AIA forms. He also works to resolve issues before they become larger problems on construction projects as well as disputes as they arise.

Beyond the courtroom and construction sites, Greg represents clients in front of local zoning and planning boards to assist with obtaining special permits and resolve issues with towns and cities. This experience includes work with an owner of cell towers to ensure compliance with local laws.
