Overview

Ian McLin concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation, including business torts and contract disputes. His experience spans state and federal courts and includes preparing pleadings, drafting motions, taking depositions, and arguing motions. Ian also provides guidance regarding complex statutes and regulations pertaining to public ethics and lobbying.



While earning his J.D. at William and Mary Law School, Ian was a summer associate for Saul Ewing, where he was exposed to legal matters involving construction, employment, and administrative law. Ian also served as a judicial intern for Judge Lenore R. Gelfman in the Circuit Court for Howard County in Maryland.
