James G. Rosenberg

James Rosenberg handles a variety of litigation. He represents clients in civil matters arising under the antitrust and securities laws and has handled numerous representations in various types of commercial actions. James has also represented professionals in malpractice litigation. He has represented clients in tax refund litigation, government contracts litigation, as well as condemnation and real estate-related proceedings in federal and state court. His practice has also involved the representation of several universities.

James is past Chair of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr's Commercial Litigation Practice and a past member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He was a Robert F. Kennedy Fellow and a lecturer on constitutional and civil rights law at the University of Pennsylvania undergraduate Urban Studies Program. He was also a Trustee of Arcadia University.
