Jeffrey Lin's practice concentrates on commercial real estate matters nationwide, including commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, preferred equity investments, joint ventures, leases and low-income and subsidized housing transactions. Jeffrey also advises real estate clients with general corporate matters such as entity formation, organizational planning and structuring, and the negotiation and drafting of various business agreements.
Prior to joining Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, Jeffrey was an associate at a boutique Philadelphia law firm where he represented commercial real estate investors, landlords, borrowers, family offices, management companies, and private equity funds with an emphasis in acquisitions and dispositions of multi-family and retail properties across the country. He also has an understanding of corporate tax issues which is bolstered by past work as an international corporate tax consultant at a Big Four accounting organization and as a senior tax analyst at a multi-national finance and insurance corporation.
Jeffrey also has familiarity counseling clients from a business perspective, drawing on his past experience as a licensed real estate broker at a national commercial real estate brokerage firm.
