Jeffrey Chang handles real estate matters, ranging from land use approvals to contracts for purchases, sales and commercial leases, particularly in New Jersey. His land use experience includes appearing before zoning and planning boards on behalf of developers and business owners to secure approvals for: preliminary and major site plans; minor, preliminary and final major subdivisions; use variances; and bulk variances. His transactional work includes negotiating and drafting contracts, including for the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties. He also handles developer agreements, operating agreements, homeowner association formation agreements, condominium formation agreements, joint ventures, deeds and easements. In addition, Jeffrey assists clients with title issues and advises them on securing and closing commercial construction loans.

After graduating from law school, Jeffrey was a law clerk for Judge Lawrence M. Lawson in the Superior Court of New Jersey -- Monmouth Vicinage.

Jeffrey has intermediate knowledge of conversational Mandarin Chinese.
