Jen Jester assists investors, owners, landlords and tenants with commercial real estate transactions as well as corporate clients in deals involving office, R&D, medical and industrial properties. Over her nearly two decades practicing real estate law, Jen has negotiated hundreds of leases, purchase agreements, mortgages and easements. She also handles acquisitions, dispositions and re-financings.
Jen has also assisted clients with permitting for real estate projects including local zoning reviews, state and federal environmental reviews and compliance with wetlands, waterways and historical and landmark preservation programs. Her previous work in the technology industry included managing accounts and overseeing media relations, marketing and analyst and investor relations.
