Jourdan S. Garvey

Associate

​Jourdan Garvey is a member of the Firm’s Business and Finance Department, resident in the Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on general corporate matters.

Jourdan is a magna cum laude graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was a managing editor of the Villanova Law Review and a member of the Corporate Law Society. During law school, Jourdan was a summer associate at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr where she worked on general corporate matters involving corporate governance and related agreements. She was also a law student counselor at the Villanova Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship where she successfully obtained 501 (c)(3) status for a nonprofit corporation, and created contracts for startup ventures. Additionally, Jourdan interned for the Honorable Michael Erdos of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania where she worked on matters related to the Fourth Amendment.
