Juliana Clifton is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm's Wilmington office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes and environmental issues.
While earning her J.D. at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, she was a legal intern for the Clean Air Council, where she researched issues pertaining to environmental litigation, drafted state legislation involving environmental matters in Pennsylvania and assisted with drafting briefs for cases in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. She also performed legal research and reviewed academic literature on corporate compliance as a research assistant for Villanova Law School Professor J.S. Nelson.

During her 3L year, Juliana served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Marjorie O. Rendell, senior judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
