Wes Mishoe helps clients in civil litigation matters, in state and federal courts, drawing on his experiences working for other Pennsylvania-based regional law firms. Before he entered private practice, Wes also served as an assistant attorney general in Atlanta, Georgia, where he submitted briefs in murder appeals and litigated certain post-conviction matters.

Wes further served as a law clerk for Judges Susan E. Schwab and William W. Caldwell, both of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, where he obtained invaluable insight into federal practice and procedure. Wes was also an extern for Judge Glenn T. Suddaby of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
