Kelsey Westrich is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm's Boston office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes. Kelsey is also a member of the firm's White Collar and Government Enforcement Practice. She has experience handling internal investigations for clients in the corporate and educational sectors, as well as representing individuals under investigation by various government entities.
While earning her J.D. at Boston University School of Law, Kelsey was a law clerk for the Firm as well as a summer associate. She was also a legal intern in the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and a legal extern in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement in Boston. Kelsey also represented clients through her law school's Housing, Employment, Family & Disability Clinic.
