Lauren F. Schoeberl

Lauren Schoeberl is a member of the Litigation Department in the Firm's Minneapolis office. She maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on assisting clients with appeals, complex commercial disputes, and employment-related litigation. Lauren also draws on her employment litigation experience to counsel employers and to draft employment policies and handbooks. She further has experience conducting internal investigations for both corporate clients and employers to assess or address litigation exposure.

Lauren graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to entering private practice, Lauren was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Matthew E. Johnson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. While in law school, Lauren was a resident student attorney for the Appellate Office of the Minnesota Public Defender, where she drafted appellate briefs and argued appeals before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
