Lisa Reves concentrates her practice in the areas of land use, zoning, government affairs, procurement and code enforcement. She is a land use and zoning lawyer who has represented international, national and local developers in securing governmental approvals for large-scale residential, commercial, mixed use and retail projects before various municipal and county governments.  She also prepares legal documents such as zoning text amendments, deeds, easements, developer agreements and other land use-related contracts and documents. In addition, she has assisted with environmental assessments and negotiated an ocean access easement involving the Town of Palm Beach, Florida.

Lisa’s understanding of development in the region is informed by  her past experience as a project manager for a landscape architecture and planning firm.  In that role she led the design, planning and management of multiple large-scale residential, commercial, industrial and institutional developments through to approval.
