Loretta Prettyman

Loretta Prettyman has been in private practice for more than 35 years, concentrating in the areas of residential, commercial and mixed-use project development.  Her work includes drafting project governing documents, commercial and residential leasing, representing sellers, buyers and lenders in real estate transactions and title examination. She has experience in antitrust defense and plaintiff foreclosure litigation; and federal and state regulatory compliance on behalf of major lending institutions and condominium conversions.

Prior to joining the firm, Loretta was an attorney at Becker-Poliakoff, P.A., in Fort Lauderdale.
