Louis Couture is a member of the Transactional Department in the Firm's Philadelphia office. He maintains a practice in public finance.
While earning his J.D. at Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, Louis was a legal intern in the Law Department for the City of Philadelphia. Louis was also a legal intern to the Honorable David R. Strawbridge, U.S. magistrate judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before entering law school, he was a research associate and communications specialist for the New Jersey Senate Majority Office. A native French speaker, Louis worked as a legislative aide in the National Assembly of France while earning his master's degree in public administration from the Paris Institute of Political Science.
