Overview

Margaret Clark is a member of the Litigation Department in the Firm's Chesterbrook office. She maintains a general litigation practice and handles a variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes.

While earning her J.D. at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Margaret served as a certified legal intern in Villanova's Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic. Her role there included providing counsel on family law and immigration matters and appearing before the Chester County Court of Common Pleas to help a mother secure sole legal custody of her children. Also while in law school, Margaret worked as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Sanchez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a research assistant for Dean Mark C. Alexander of Villanova Law.

She also served as a staff writer and later as managing editor of student works for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. Her comment, "It's Not Working: Examining An Employment Law Model For Determining Institutional Liability In Cases Of Sexual Assault By Student-Athletes," was published in Volume 27 of the journal.
