Overview

Marielle MacMinn advises businesses and their owners on tax issues, including matters involving business formations, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. When companies face scrutiny from state tax and financing agencies, including the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and the Board of Finance & Revenue, she represents them in these tax controversies, including writing petitions and attending hearings. She draws on these experiences to help companies identify and qualify their tax exposures and to assist them with tax remediation efforts through voluntary disclosure agreements.

Prior to working in private practice, Marielle was a tax associate for Big Four accounting firm PwC. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey L. Finley in Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
