Matthew Gerber assists commercial clients with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and purchase and sales agreements. He also handles leases, mortgages and financings. Matthew draws on his experience with corporate transactions to advise clients involved in mergers and acquisitions on the real estate components of these deals.
Matthew also works on matters relating to the structuring of corporations and alternative entities, including LLCs and both limited and general partnerships, as well as non-profit entities. Matthew drafts limited liability company agreements, partnership agreements, bylaws, stockholders agreements and related documents. He also handles general corporate and alternative entity matters, including providing advice as to formations, conversions, domestications, dissolutions, and reorganizations, and advises clients on general contract matters and Delaware corporate law matters, including issues of corporate governance.

Matthew's previous legal work with public and private companies and private equity firms, particularly in the health care and life sciences industries, included mergers, stock and asset purchases.
During law school, Matthew was a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert B. Kugler in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
