Melissa Martinez is a member of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice in the firm's Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial bankruptcy, workout and restructuring matters in which she represents a variety of parties, including debtors, creditors' committees, trustees, unsecured creditors, landlords and contract parties.  

Melissa brings an understanding of the intersection of legal and business issues to her practice from her educational background. She holds both a J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law and a master's degree in business administration from the Rutgers School of Business. While earning her dual degrees, she was a summer associate at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr and an intern in the in-house legal department for a Fortune 100 energy company.
