Patricia Varona Garcia is a member of the Transactional Department in the Firm's Chicago office. She focuses her practice on general corporate matters and deals.

While earning her J.D. at The John Marshall Law School, Patricia was a summer associate for the Firm. She was also a PILI intern for the Coordinated Advice and Referral Program for Legal Services (CARPLS) in Chicago, where she conducted legal research and provided legal advice to pro se clients on matters involving bankruptcy, landlord/tenant and divorce law. In addition, she was an intern for The John Marshall International Human Rights Clinic. Prior to law school, Patricia served in the U.S. Army as a transportation specialist for almost five years.
