Ronald D. Menaker handles white collar criminal defense matters. Ronald launched his career in the Cook County Public Defender's Office in 1971. During his 10 years in that office he had numerous assignments, including Chief of the Trial Division at 13th and Michigan. In that capacity, he supervised 11 courtrooms, more than 25 attorneys, and other support personnel. He has substantial experience handling matters involving mail and wire fraud, criminal investigations and actions under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), federal Food and Drug Administration proceedings, and federal and state environmental enforcement actions. In addition to handling criminal trials and appellate proceedings, Ronald has represented witnesses and defendants before grand juries, professional licensing boards and special investigative panels.
