​Sallie Gilbert provides guidance in the areas of complex civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on business torts and contract disputes. Sallie's experience encompasses pre-trial work, including drafting pleadings and subpoenas, handling written discovery, and interviewing clients and witnesses, as well as drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing expert witnesses. Sallie has represented clients in a variety of industries including energy, health care and construction. 

While Sallie was earning her J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center, she gained experience in energy and environmental law through internships at the American Gas Association, Occidental Petroleum Corporation and the U.S. Department of Energy. Prior to attending law school, she worked as an energy analyst at International Paper Company.
