Shannon A. McGuire

Associate

Shannon McGuire is a member of the Firm's Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice. She works on a variety of commercial bankruptcy and restructuring matters including litigation involving debtors and creditors' committees.

Shannon is co-instructor of the Temple Law Asylum Project at the Temple University Beasley School of Law. In this role, she teaches, advises and mentors students in various issues in asylum law.

While earning her J.D. at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Shannon was a legal intern at the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society Pennsylvania. She was also a summer associate with the Firm.

Prior to law school, Shannon used her Spanish language skills in several roles, including as: a translation and legal assistant for a law firm in Pensacola, Florida; a teaching assistant for the Spanish Department of Education in Spain; and an intern for a bilingual training program for teachers of the Peruvian Amazon.
