Sondra Saporta
Primary Office
Overview

Sondra Saporta assists employers with labor and employment disputes, including litigating and investigating claims relating to racial and gender discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, disability accommodations, and restrictive covenants. In addition to defending clients in civil litigation, Sondra represents them in proceedings before state and federal government agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Outside the courtroom, Sondra is often called upon to conduct independent investigations, design interactive trainings, and draft company policies and procedures. In addition, she helps clients minimize their legal risk by advising them on compliance with emerging workplace requirements under federal, state and local laws.

Sondra’s perspective also stems from representing businesses and universities in high-stakes commercial litigation, investigations, and government enforcement actions at a major New York law firm.
