In the webinar, alongside Ronnie and Jay, EB5AN co-founders Sam Silverman and Michael Schoenfeld will dive deep into the EB-5 redeployment requirements for projects that have a liquidity event and must keep EB-5 funds at risk. The presentation breaks down the USCIS requirements for EB-5 capital redeployment and explains how projects can approach the redeployment process to reduce risk from both an immigration and securities law perspective.

The webinar will cover the following questions:

  • What happens when a project repays EB-5 capital, and the investors are still in the immigration process?
  • How can funds be redeployed in compliance with USCIS regulations?
  • How can I reduce risk from an immigration and securities law perspective?
