COVID-19 Preparedness Plans for Employers

There are presently 43 known cases of COVID-19 exposure in the U.S. According to the CDC, although U.S. citizens are not facing immediate risk of exposure, global circumstances suggest it is likely that this virus will cause a pandemic. U.S. employers need to be prepared to develop and communicate infectious disease management and preparedness plans and to take proactive steps to reduce the risk of exposure in the workplace.
