Negotiating Alliances

We will consider all aspects of business agreements including best practices related to negotiation, preferred strategies, diligence considerations and legal implications of standard clauses.

The Emerging Company Roundtables are designed to facilitate discussions between like-minded individuals covering a range of issues essential to early stage companies. Speakers will introduce valuable topics and generate conversations surrounding strategies to overcome business challenges and enhance the likelihood of success.

Our thought leaders for this Roundtable are:

  • Rosel Halle, Sr. Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships at Johns Hopkins University
  • Javeed Froozan, Eterna Resources

The discussion will take place at the firm’s Baltimore office, 500 E. Pratt Street, Suite 900, Baltimore, MD from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., with networking to follow until 10 a.m. A light breakfast will be served.
