On May 3, 2011, Litigation Department Chair Joseph F. O'Dea, Jr. will moderate the DELVACCA program, "More Than Just Cold Air - Hot Topics for U.S. Companies Doing Business in Canada," which features speakers from the Canadian law firm Fraser Milner Casgrain, LLP (FMC). While Canada and the U.S. have very close bilateral ties and many similarities in their legal and political systems, there are distinct and important differences that can impact companies doing business on both sides of the border. This session will provide an update on the current Canadian business climate and explore the key considerations counsel to U.S. corporations need to be aware of. Speakers include FMC Partners Kate Broer, Alex MacWilliam and Neil Rabinovitch.

The program is taking place on the 38th floor of Saul Ewing's Philadelphia office, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
