Development in Pennsylvania Breakfast Seminar
February 4, 2010

Saul Ewing LLP, in conjunction with West Chester, PA-based Advanced GeoServices, will present a breakfast seminar that will cover critical issues impacting residential, commercial and industrial development in Pennsylvania.

The seminar will be presented by Saul Ewing Partners Carl Everett and John C. Snyder, and Danito R. Salameda, P.E., Principal at Advanced GeoServices. Topics to be discussed include:

  • New EPA discharge requirements for construction and development sites that will soon take effect
  • The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's proposed new stormwater regulations that will severely restrict future development of residential, commercial and industrial sites
  • The Environmental Hearing Board's stance that providing best management practices from DEP's BMP Manual and applying DEP guidelines does not ensure compliance with federal antidegradation requirements

Saul Ewing attorney David J. Falcone will participate in the seminar, which will take place in Saul Ewing's Chesterbrook, PA office. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., followed by the seminar from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
