What do Investors Look for in a Business Plan/Investor Presentation?

In the first of an ongoing series of Emerging Company Roundtable Discussions, four facilitators will explore the topic of what investors look for in a business plan or investor presentation. Facilitators for this discussion will be Kyp Sirinakis of Rock Spring Ventures; Paul Silber of Blu Venture Investors and HealthCare Innovators Fund; and Eric G. Orlinsky, chair of the Corporate Practice.

The Emerging Company Roundtables are designed to facilitate discussions between like-minded individuals covering a range of issues essential to early stage companies. Speakers will introduce valuable topics and generate conversations surrounding strategies to overcome business challenges and enhance the likelihood of success.

The Roundtable Discussion will take place September 4, 2013 from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in Saul Ewing’s Baltimore office at 500 Pratt Street in downtown Baltimore.
