Evolving Landscape of Insurance Regulation
Saul Ewing’s Insurance Practice is proud to present a three-hour Workshop for Insurance Company directors and management that focuses on changes as a result of the NAIC’s Solvency Modernization Initiative, developments in Maryland insurance regulation, what regulators are expecting from insurers and emerging initiatives in cybersecurity.
Representatives of the Maryland Insurance Administration including, but not limited to, Commissioner Al Redmer, Jr., the MIA’s Associate Commissioner of Exam & Audit, Vinny O’ Grady, Director of Regulatory Affairs, Catherine Grason, and Chief Information Officer, Paula Keen will participate in the program.
The Workshop will include the following presentations:
- Introduction by Commissioner Al Redmer, Jr.
- Panel on What Regulators Are Expecting
- Panel on Emerging Initiatives in Cybersecurity
- Q&A Session with the Maryland Insurance Administration
This Workshop will be held at The Center Club, 100 Light Street, 16th floor, Baltimore, Maryland. The Workshop will begin at 8:00 a.m. with registration and a continental breakfast. The programming will begin at 8:50 a.m. and will conclude at 11:30 a.m.
