Insurance CLE Webinar: Preventing Bad Faith Claims
Insurers risk facing bad faith claims if they do not handle coverage cases carefully. In this CLE* webinar, attorneys from the firm’s Insurance Practice will explain how to manage the claims process to minimize the risk of making payouts greater than the maximum coverage limits in the contract with the insured.
They will also discuss sources of proof that are most important in these types of cases, including how to document the claims file. Other topics include typical scenarios for establishing bad faith and steps insurers can take to guard against claims they are trying to avoid paying out on the insured’s policy.
The webinar will take place from Noon – 1:00 p.m. (EDT). To register, click here. For questions, please contact Christine Lautenbacher at 215-972-1885 or email@example.com.
