The senior living industry is facing an array of operational pressures, from a push from employee labor unions to compliance issues with state and federal laws such the Affordable Care Act.  During this half-day seminar, Marvin Mashner, recently retired President and CEO of ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. will provide his insight from the C-suite on these challenges and health and labor attorney Robert C. Nagle, from Saul Ewing LLP, will present strategies to help industry  professionals respond.

The event will begin with registration and breakfast at 8:30 a.m. at The Desmond, which is located at 1 Liberty Boulevard in Malvern, Pennsylvania.  The seminar will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at Noon.
