Mitigating Employee Benefit Risks Through Contract Negotiations

Saul Ewing LLP is proud to sponsor this CLE* presentation featuring two of the firm’s seasoned ERISA attorneys, Sarah “Sally” Church, who will discuss negotiation strategies for outsourced service contracts and how to apply them to employee benefit service contracts. Sally will cover the potential impact of employee benefit laws, including ERISA, HIPAA, and the Affordable Care Act, and help attendees learn how different outsourcing negotiation models can serve as a tool for compliance.

The one-hour seminar will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the firm’s Philadelphia office, Centre Square West, 1500 Market Street, 38th Floor, Philadelphia, PA.
