Saul Ewing Oil and Gas Practice presents, “Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material in the Natural Gas Industry: What it is and how it is regulated”

Join our presenters, Saul Ewing attorneys John P. Englert and Andrew T. Bockis, and guest speaker Louis Henry, of MJW Corporation, to learn what you need to know about NORM and TENORM. Topics will include:

  • NORM and TENORM in the natural gas industry – where is it found? where did it come from?
  • State and Federal regulation
  • Health and safety issues
  • Waste issues
  • DEP’s NORM Study

The program will consist of a 30-minute breakfast/registration period, followed by the 90-minute presentation and discussion. The seminar will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe, 1000 Corporate Center Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317.

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.5 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and 0 hours of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit.
