Cap Tables: How Do I Keep One? Why Does it Matter?

How much do you know about cap tables?  If you’re an entrepreneur, chances are that you’re building a cap table for your company.  But are you building it the right way and do you know why keeping an accurate cap table is important?  Join us for our next roundtable to learn everything you don’t already know about managing your cap table!
This discussion will be held within the Drexel Innovation Neighborhood at One Drexel Plaza, 3001 Market Street, Suite 140 in Philadelphia. The event begins with registration at 8:00 a.m. The one-hour roundtable session starts at 8:30 a.m. with networking to follow until 10:00 a.m. A light breakfast will be served.
The Emerging Company Roundtables are designed to facilitate discussions between like-minded individuals covering a range of issues essential to early stage companies. Speakers will introduce valuable topics and generate conversations surrounding strategies to overcome business challenges and enhance the likelihood of success.
