Drafting and negotiating contracts may seem simple, but a poorly-drafted contract can lead to unanticipated costs that hurt the bottom line. This program will cover the fundamentals of commercial contracting, including essential contract terms that can help protect your company.

This discussion will be held within the Drexel Innovation Neighborhood at One Drexel Plaza, 3001 Market Street, Suite 140 in Philadelphia. The event begins with registration at 8:00 a.m. The one-hour roundtable session starts at 8:30 a.m. with networking to follow until 10:00 a.m. A light breakfast will be served.

The Emerging Company Roundtables are designed to facilitate discussions between like-minded individuals covering a range of issues essential to early stage companies. Speakers will introduce valuable topics and generate conversations surrounding strategies to overcome business challenges and enhance the likelihood of success.
