As an executive of an early stage company, you spend a lot of time raising endless rounds of capital.  Here is a guide to how to do it – legally. Come join your colleagues and peers in sharing your experience and learning from others on the best practices to raise capital for a startup company.

This discussion will be held at Ascender, 6401 Penn Avenue in Pittsburgh. The event begins with registration at 3:00 p.m. The one-hour roundtable session starts at 3:30 p.m., with networking to follow until 5:00 p.m.

The Emerging Company Roundtables are designed to facilitate discussions between like-minded individuals covering a range of issues essential to early stage companies. Speakers will introduce valuable topics and generate conversations surrounding strategies to overcome business challenges and enhance the likelihood of success.
