Real Estate Practice to host Executive Roundtable Series: Zoning Philadelphia’s Future
As Philadelphia begins implementing its first new zoning code in more than 50 years, attorneys in the Real Estate Practice will host a year-long series of breakfast meetings with development community executives and top City officials including:
- Alan Greenberger, Deputy Mayor for Economic Development, City of Philadelphia
- Eva Gladstein, Deputy Executive Director, Philadelphia City Planning Commission
- Michael E. Fink, Deputy Commissioner for Development, City of Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections
The four morning sessions will begin with a networking breakfast, followed by a brief update from City officials and an opportunity for substantive dialogue and Q&A in an intimate setting. The City seeks to monitor implementation of the New Code by having frequent and regular dialogue with the development community. This is your opportunity to stay informed and help shape the zoning process in the City.
Future Roundtables will take place in February, May and July 2013. Each Roundtable will feature an informal continental Breakfast at 8 AM, with the program beginning at 8:30 AM and ending promptly at 9:30 AM. Participants are asked to commit to attending all four Roundtable sessions (or sending a designee if they are unable to attend on a particular date).
