SEMINAR: Nonprofits in a Post-Madoff World: A New Era of Legal Challenges with respect to Protecting Assets and Executive Compensation

This seminar will cover challenges facing nonprofit organizations in light of recent scandals.

Richard T. Frazier, a Partner in the Health Law Practice Group, Robert H. Louis, Co-Chair of the Personal Wealth, Estates and Tax Department, and John F. Stoviak, a Partner in the Litigation Department, will present the seminar. Katayun I. Jaffari, Co-Chair of the Corporate Governance Practice Group, will serve as moderator.

The seminar will address securing investments in an uncertain investment environment, increased government scrutiny of compliance matters, and executive compensation. It will take place in Saul Ewing's Philadelphia office, Centre Square West, 1500 Market Street.
