The final installment of the series will begin at 3:00 p.m. and will review EEOC cases and policy-making under President Obama with expansions to protected classes (transgender issues, sexual orientation claims, pregnancy accommodations, etc.); increased class-based litigation; and what changes we expect in the coming years under a Trump administration.
