The White Collar and Government Enforcement Practice will present this interactive CLE* seminar to guide the defense contractor, life sciences, health and financial services industries on how to encourage employees to report internally concerns about wrongdoing.

Cross-industry experts and government enforcement representatives will help attendees learn how to:

  • Create a robust compliance program
  • Set up protocols for in-house investigations
  • Ensure management’s reactions to a whistleblower are not retaliatory
