Eric L. Brossman, a Partner in the Business Department, and Robert J. Bein, resident in the Harrisburg office, is on the faculty for the 10th anniversary of the Annual Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Brossman is one of the course planners for the event, which is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. This program will examine how the new bankruptcy legislation impacts all areas of bankruptcy practices.

The day-long seminar will be held on several different dates in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Mechanicsburg, and Wilkes-Barre (via videoconference). Mr. Brossman will teach, "What the Commercial Bankruptcy Lawyer Needs to Know About the New Bankruptcy Legislation."

Mr. Brossman will also teach the following courses: "The Top Commercial Cases of the Year" and "Planning Ahead: What Every Business Lawyer Should Know About Bankruptcy Law in Order to Effectively Represent a Creditor Client."

The seminar will be taught at the PBI Conference Center in Mechanicsburg, PA from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
