Eric L. Brossman, Partner in the Business and Bankruptcy and Restructuring departments in the Harrisburg office, and Robyn F. Pollack, an Associate in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department in the Harrisburg and Philadelphia offices, respectively, are on the faculty for the 11th Annual Bankruptcy Institute.

Mr. Brossman is one of the course planners for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute event. The institute will examine how the new bankruptcy legislation impacts all areas of bankruptcy practices.

The day-long seminar will be held in Mechanicsburg, Wilkes-Barre (via videoconference) on September 12, and in Pittsburgh on September 20, and Philadelphia on September 28.

Mr. Brossman will teach "The Top Commercial Cases of the Year" and "Handing the Chapter 11-Hot Topics in a New Era (Pt. I) and (Pt.II)" for the Mechanicsburg session. Mr. Brossman also will present, "How the BAPCPA Has Changed Bankruptcy Practice-Perspectives of the Bench, the Bar and the U.S. Trustees."

Ms. Pollack will teach, "Handling the Chapter 11-Hot Topics in a New Era (Pt. I) and (Pt.II)" at the Philadelphia session.
