Legionnaires’ disease … keep your community safe

Garry Boehlert, a partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice and co-chair of the Construction Practice, is a panelist for this webinar presented by the Ohio Assisted Living Association. Garry will discuss the legal ramifications of an outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease in assisted living facilities and other settings.

Joining Garry on the panel are four speakers who will discuss clinical, preventive and crisis communication issues relating to Legionnaires’ disease and outbreaks like the recent one in an Ohio retirement community.

He has also previously published articles and spoken about legal issues involving Legionnaires’ disease, particularly relating to the standards set by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
