A Conversation with Bill Lennertz about Charrettes

James E. Goodrich, an Associate in the Project and Resource Development Department in the Firm's Baltimore office and a member of the Urban Land Institute, will host this event featuring Bill Lennertz, the executive director of the National Charrette Institute.

The program will define what a charrette is and discuss what it can accomplish. The program also will cover how one balances public involvement with developers' control. Arnold "Pat" Keller, director of the Baltimore County Office of Planning, and Charles E. McMahon, development director for Nottingham Properties, will serve as guest interviewers.

The program will take place at the Downtown Center at Johns Hopkins University. The fee is $45 for members of the Urban Land Institute and $56 for non-members. More information is available at (800) 321-5011.
