Catherine E. Walters, a Partner in the Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Practice Group in the Harrisburg office, served as course planner for this four-hour Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) program.
Using a "potpourri" approach, the program addresses a wide variety of current issues relevant to the employer-employee relationship, including discriminatory harassment, domestic partner benefits, military leave, wage and hour law, labor law developments, deferred compensation, the demise of common law marriage, the new Civil Rights Tax Relief Act and other timely issues. It is being presented in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Mechanicsburg.
The course, brand new from PBI, offers four CLE credits, including one ethics credit.
