Devlin to Speak at 2011 Joint Annual Conference of the ABA Litigation and Criminal Justice Sections
Cathleen M. Devlin, a partner and vice chair of the Litigation Department, is on the faculty for the 2011 Joint Annual Conference of the ABA Litigation and Criminal Justice Sections.
Ms. Devlin will be a panelist for the discussion, "Using the New Expert Rule to Get the Most Out of Experts." The panel discussion will take place at 8 a.m. on April 14. Ms. Devlin is actively involved in the ABA Litigation Section; she serves as co-chair of Programming for the Expert Witness Committee and vice chair of the Corporate Counsel Committee. Her fellow panelists will be Kimberly Gee Stith of Waste Management, Inc., and Jeffrey J. Greenbaum of Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. The panel will be moderated by Robert Craig of Charles River Associates.
The conference, which will offer nearly 50 CLE programs, is being held at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.
