Devlin to Speak on Daubert Panel at 2012 ABA Section of Litigation Annual CLE Conference
Cathleen M. Devlin, a partner and vice-chair of the Litigation Department, is on the faculty for the 2012 Annual CLE Conference of the ABA Section of Litigation. The conference, which will offer over 45 CLE programs, is being held at the JW Marriott in Washington, D.C. Cathy is on the panel for the program, "Two Decades of Daubert: Junk Science Replaced by Junk Rulings?" taking place at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 20. Her fellow panelists include Debra J. Aron of Navigant Economics, Harvard Law Professor Charles Fried, and The Honorable Robert L. Wilkins of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia; the panel will be moderated by Ken Berman of Nutter McClennan & Fish.
The Annual CLE Conference offers a unique opportunity to interact with top litigators around the country and to learn about ABA Section of Litigation Committees like the Corporate Counsel Committee, which Cathy currently co-chairs.
